Hello and welcome to Joie de Tale, the official writing blog of V.A. Manning (that’s me!). I am a freelance writer, blogger, digital artist (I create all of my own book covers), photographer, and mother of two. I currently live in Southern Arizona, but my heart will always be on the West Coast, where I was born and raised.
Most of my writing is inspired by fantasy and horror – one way or another, every project I work on has something from either, or both, of those genres. Anne Rice, House of Leaves, and a ton of YA works are beyond inspiring for much of my writings.
Currently, I only have one piece publish – The Perfect Nightmare – but I am working on a few more projects and cannot wait to get them out there for people to read!
